Idaho Attorney
Brian L. Boyle was born in Moscow, Idaho on April 8, 1970. He graduated from Bonneville High School in Idaho Falls in 1988.
Brian graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Business Management, and after receiving his law degree from the University of Idaho, Brian earned an MBA from Columbia University in New York City.
Before joining Thomsen Stephens in 2005, Brian served as a law clerk for Chief Justice Gerald Schroeder of the Idaho Supreme Court, worked as a tax, business and legal advisor for Arthur Andersen and KPMG in Seattle and practiced with a large firm in Boise.
Mr. Boyle's practice includes business planning and structuring, commercial litigation, federal business and individual taxation, IRS controversy, asset protection, estate planning, strategic business consultation as well as business opportunity analysis.
Idaho attorney Brian Boyle is an active member of the Idaho Bar Association and is authorized to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Idaho.
